The mindset in United State in 2081 was a fixed mindset. They want ever person to be equal. They will make them wear heavy weights if they better at dancing, climbing or anything. My main character has a fixed mindset. The settling is back in history, when they first started to use a veil. All the student in her class and herself didn't want to wear it. It was change and they didn't want change. It was something new.
