Winston says "Nothing was your own except the few cubic centimeters inside your skull." Because in 1984 they had telescreen everywhere. Those telescreen could see what you are doing and they can also hear you if you close to it, and not a lot of noises was around you. Even in your own house they would know your ever move. So it was like nothing is yours but the few cubic centimeters inside your skull. Because they even have thought police.
Final Reflection:
Winston Smith has a growth mindsets. He always questions the system. Even though the system forced everybody to be a fixed mindset. He wrote down his feeling in his diary. When none was able to express their feelings.

Even in your own house they would know your every move. So it was like nothing is yours but the few cubic centimeters inside your skull because they even had thought police. (You should explain the thought police to those who have not read the novel.)

Winston Smith has a growth mindset. He always questions the system even though the system tried to force everybody into a fixed mindset. He wrote down his feelings in his diary in a society where none was allowed to express their true feelings.
